This full-time position requires a detailed-oriented individual with excellent communication, customer service, Word and Excel experience. Excellent time-management skills and discipline with limited supervision needed. Job duties entail but are not limited to answering phones, processing of daily requests, and must be willing to comply with agency policy and procedures, standards and ethics.
